ℹ️ As per the API documentation from Arrow, the Arrow API does not provide contract prices. Additionally, it is mentioned in the documentation that only under certain conditions of the credentials (i.e. “If account is set up with Perks pricing”) there may be discounts ("VIP pricing") which would be shown as contract prices in Luminovo. To receive contract prices from Arrow please use the MyArrow API.

Please note, that this process describes how to request an API key for the Pricing and Availability API.

For the Order API a different key is required.

The estimated time to request and receive this API key is 7+ days.

ℹ️ What is the difference between the Arrow.com / Verical API and the MyArrow API?

Arrow offers different API solutions for different use cases and user groups. You can find a detailed comparison below.

The Arrow.com / Verical API is used to access the global stock via Arrow webshop and the Verical marketplace. You can access the public pricing and Arrow price perks.

The MyArrow API does supports localized, customer-specific inventory and customer specific pricing. The warehouse location is not global, but regional, for example MyArrow Europe has its warehouse location in Venlo.

ℹ️ You will need the following information to request an API key from Arrow:

  • Company name

  • Company website

  • Email address

  • Arrow account number (Optional)

  • Arrow sales person

Step 1 - Create your account

Create an account via this link ( ℹ️ If you already have an Arrow account you can skip this step).
