ℹ️ What is the difference between the Arrow.com / Verical API and the MyArrow API?

Arrow offers different API solutions for different use cases and user groups. You can find a detailed comparison below.

The Arrow.com / Verical API is used to access the global stock via Arrow webshop and the Verical marketplace. You can access the public pricing and Arrow price perks.

The MyArrow API does supports localized, customer-specific inventory and customer specific pricing. The warehouse location is not global, but regional, for example MyArrow Europe has its warehouse location in Venlo.

Step 1 - Request API credentials

Please note, this API is not Arrow.com/Verical but the MyArrow API. Luminovo does support both APIs.

You can use the following e-mail template to request API credentials:

Subject line: Request API credentials for [EMS_NAME]

Dear All,

I would like to request the API credentials for the MyArrow API. We will use the API in our sourcing software Luminovo.

The API credentials should look like the example below:

  • Client ID: luminovo

  • Client Secret : KHanZIMasudgasi86d89djhaskjhdhsd9sa98dshjbjbjsddjksd8as

Step 2 - Activate the API in Luminovo

After you have received the MyArrow API credentials go to the Luminovo settings and select the tab Supplier API integration. Select MyArrow and click Connect account. Fill out Client ID and Client Secret and select the corresponding Currency for the API (default is USD). Click on Save to activate the API in Luminovo.

You are now ready to use the API in Luminovo.
