Step 1 - Register for API

Click on this link to request API credentials via the online form. In the first row you need to select all types of APIs (Search, Order, Quote and Lead Times). Fill out your name, email address and company name.

For the question What kind of API application are you planning? * select the second option Partnership with 3rd party. If so, which one? and fill in Luminovo. Next you need to select the country and agree with the API Terms of TTI.

Click on the button Submit API request to send out the online form.

TTI will process your request and will set up its system accordingly. If necessary your sales representative will contact you for further details. This might take some days. Once this is done TTI will send you the credentials via email.

⚠️ Please note, TTI will send a mail (see image below) to inform the about access to the TTI Web Services. This email or the WebServices don’t lead to the API credentials and can be ignored.

Step 2 - Activate the API in Luminovo

TTI will send you a mail that will look similar to the image below. Please save the customerAccountNumber and apiKey for the Search API.

The API credentials should look like the example below:

  • API Key: 166fc5sd87f89ds9f7sdhjds8797

  • Custom account number: TWU012

After you have received the TTI API credentials go to the Luminovo settings and select the tab Supplier API integration. Select TTI and click Connect account.

Fill out API Key and Custom account number and select the corresponding Region for the API (either EU = Europe, NA = North Amarica or AS = Asia). Click on Save to activate the API in Luminovo.

You are now ready to use the API in Luminovo.
