Step 1 - Request API credentials

To initiate the process, customers need to send an application email to WIN SOURCE. Ensure you include the following details:

Company Name
API Contact Information
Previous Collaboration with WIN SOURCE (Yes/No)
- If Yes, provide the WIN SOURCE sales representative’s contact details.
Number of Employees (e.g., 10-50, 51-200, etc.)
Annual Revenue (e.g., $1M–$5M, $5M–$10M, etc.)
Purpose and Use Case of the API (e.g., retrieving inventory pricing information, RFQs, orders, products, etc.)
Other Relevant Company Information

Step 2: WIN SOURCE Evaluates Customer Background

After receiving your application, WIN SOURCE will assess your business needs and collaboration potential based on the details provided. Key considerations include:

Past Collaboration: Customers with prior collaboration with WIN SOURCE will have their requests prioritized.
Scale of Operations: WIN SOURCE reviews the company’s size (e.g., number of employees, revenue) to assign appropriate API access levels.
Purpose and Special Requirements: Specific use cases or customization requests are evaluated to ensure the API supports your needs.

Step 3: Sign the Usage Agreement

Before granting access, you will need to:

Review and agree to WIN SOURCE’s API Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Confirm your agreement via email or through an online form (as instructed).

Once your application is approved, WIN SOURCE will generate the API key.

Step 4 - Activate the API key in Luminovo

After you have received the Win Source API credentials go to the Luminovo settings and select the tab Supplier API integration. Select Win Source and click Connect account. Fill out Account Key and Account Token. Click on Save to activate the API in Luminovo.
