Manage your accepted payment method and checkout requirements

This help page explains how you can set up your account to receive payments

Configurable payment methods and payment processing

We're always looking for ways to make your experience even better. Now you have greater control and flexibility when it come to choosing available payment methods and payment processing options.

Simply head to your account settings to get started. You can find the settings under 'Customer Portal':

Up until now, your customers could always choose between instant payment and invoice. Now you can limit them to one or the other or continue to give them the choice.

In addition, you can choose whether you want payments by invoice to be processed by Stripe or not. (Instant payment is always processed by Stripe.) If Stripe is not used, you are responsible for generating an invoice and sending it to the customer.

Furthermore, you are now able to set requirements that have to be met in order for the customer to checkout:

You can add links for “Imprint”, “Terms & Conditions”, and “Privacy statement”, that will be displayed on the order selection screen:
