If you are using the Customer Portal, the project overview will be the starting page for your customers by default. By configuring a landing page, you can instead present a list of links to:
Your other Luminovo tenants (e.g., yourproto.luminovo.com and yourseries.luminovo.com)
Specific sections to guide users to (e.g., the project overview at "/projects" or the project creation at "/project")
Any other services and web pages (e.g., ourservices.yourcompany.com)
Configure the landing page
To configure the landing page, go to "Settings", "Customer portal", "Landing page.
To make the landing page available to customer users, check "Enable landing page for logged-in users".
Users will see the landing page when they follow a link to https://<yourtenant>.luminovo.com/ or click on the logo in the upper left corner.
If you also want to make the landing page available to visitors before they log in, check "Enable landing page for anonymous users".
User will see the landing page at https://<yourtenant>.luminovo.com/landing. Note that users still need to log in if any of the tiles contains a link to a non-public page.
Configure the tiles by adding, deleting, reordering, and editing them in the Tiles table:
Each tile must have, at a minimum, a Title and a URL.
The URL can be a relative URL on the same tenant. For example, "/projects" leads to the project overview; "/assemblies" leads to the Assemblies overview (if enabled for your customers).
Optionally, you can provide a short Description and a an Image URL that should be displayed on the tile.
For images, we recommend SVG format. JPEG and PNG are also supported.
If the page at the given URL requires users to already have an account, you can optionally provide a Signup URL where users can request access or create an account.
You can create tiles for future use without making them visible to customers by unchecking the Visible to customers checkbox.
Note: All internal users can also reach the landing page by going directly to https://<yourtenant>.luminovo.com/start.
Limitations
Titles and descriptions can only be specified in a single language.
Images need to be hosted on the web. There is currently no support for directly uploading images.
The same landing page will be displayed to all customers. There is currently no way to show different tiles to different customers.
Note that adding a tile with a link to a Luminovo tenant does not automatically give your customers access to that tenant. You still need to invite users and manage their roles.
