The Customer Portal is a collaborative, self-service tool for your customers. It allows them to log in to your portal (branded with your company’s corporate identity), upload their design and request and receive a quotation.

In a nutshell:

  • The Customer Portal provides a seamless digital experience for your customers from request to order.

  • It facilitates collaboration via in-app comments and notifications for you and your customers.

  • The history of changes in the BOM allows for an audit trail (e.g. tracking who added or approved which part in the BOM) that prevents painful arguments when someone made a mistake in the BOM.

  • It provides a more secure way than unencrypted email to communicate and exchange files. The portal encrypts all data in-transit and at-rest and is ISO 27001 certified.

  • You can adapt the look-and-feel to your company’s design, including your logo and own URL.
