ℹ️ Note that the ICHub API exclusively supports list prices (no contract prices).
Step 1: go to the ICHub website www.ic2shop.com.
Step 2: Press Sign up.
You’ll be redirected to the “Sign up” page.
Step 3: Enter your Email address and then press “Get VCode”.
Step 4: Go to your Inbox and look for an email from ICHub.
Step 5: Enter your verification code and complete the registration form.
Step 6: When everything is filled up - press “Register”.

Step 7: Request API Credentials
The request is made by email. Please send an email to icHub dedicated
service email address: [email protected]. You may use the email
template below:
Subject line: Request API credentials for [Company Name]
Dear All,
We would like to request the API credentials for icHub API. We will use the API in our
sourcing software Luminovo.
Kind Regards,
[Your Name]

Step 8: Activate the API in Luminovo
After you have received the icHub credentials, please go to the
Luminovo settings and select the tab Supplier API integration. Select
icHub and click Connect account. Fill out API Key and click on Save
to activate the API in Luminovo.

Haven't received your API key yet?
If you haven't received your API key after a while, you can send the supplier the email below. Copy it, fill in the parts in brackets, and add your Luminovo contact (CSM or Solutions Engineer) in CC.

Hi [Contact name / Supplier team],
We requested an API key from you some time ago and wanted to follow up on the status.
We need the key to connect to Luminovo. Is anything blocking the request? If there's anything we can do on our side to speed things up, please let us know.
