Step 1 - Request API credentials
The request is made by e-mail. Please send an email to the Gatema support ([email protected]).
Subject line: Request API credentials for [EMS_NAME]

I would like to request the Customer ID credential for the Gatema API. We will use the API in our sourcing software Luminovo.

Step 2 - Activate the API in Luminovo
After you have received the Gatema credentials go to the Luminovo settings and select the tab Supplier API integration. Select Gatema and click Connect account. Fill out the Customer ID and click on Save to activate
Haven't received your API key yet?
If you haven't received your API key after a while, you can send the supplier the email below. Copy it, fill in the parts in brackets, and add your Luminovo contact (CSM or Solutions Engineer) in CC.

Hi [Contact name / Supplier team],
We requested an API key from you some time ago and wanted to follow up on the status.
We need the key to connect to Luminovo. Is anything blocking the request? If there's anything we can do on our side to speed things up, please let us know.
I've copied [CSM / SolEng name] from Luminovo in case there are any technical questions.
