Please note, this API is the new version of the existing RS API which was only available in certain countries. The new API will be available globally.
Step 1 - Request API credentials
The RS Global API can be requested in a self-service process by you and also activated by you. Please send a mail to the RS Team (use both mail addresses)

RS logs your request and sends the Terms and Conditions to you to sign. Once signed, RS will set up credentials and API keys will be generated and send to you via mail. If Customer Specific Price is selected, RS will need to gather the account level details on the to ensure the right pricing comes through.
You can use this email template to request API credentials from RS:
Subject line: Request an API key for Luminovo from [EMS_NAME]
Dear Rachel and Remco,
I would like to request an API Key. The company name is [EMS_NAME].
We want to use this API key in Luminovo.

Step 2 - Activate the API in Luminovo
The credentials you receive should look like the example below:

After you have received the RS API credentials go to the Luminovo settings and select the tab Supplier API integration. Select RS Components and click Connect account. Fill out Client ID and Client Secret. In order to receive customer specific prices you also need to fill out the Customer number. Select the corresponding Store ID and Country code. Click on Save to activate the API in Luminovo.
Once the API is enabled, you can use the API in Luminovo.
