The Beta Layout API is activated for you by default.
However, if you negotiated specific prices and received an API key from Beta Layout, you can activate the API yourself with this specific key in the Luminovo settings in the Supplier API integration section.
Haven't received your API key yet?
If you haven't received your API key after a while, you can send the supplier the email below. Copy it, fill in the parts in brackets, and add your Luminovo contact (CSM or Solutions Engineer) in CC.
Subject: API key request for [Company name] - follow-up
Hi [Contact name / Supplier team],
We requested an API key from you some time ago and wanted to follow up on the status.
We need the key to connect to Luminovo. Is anything blocking the request? If there's anything we can do on our side to speed things up, please let us know.
I've copied [CSM / SolEng name] from Luminovo in case there are any technical questions.
